Product Description
REDARC SBI112 12V 100A VOLTAGE SENSITIVE RELAY
A voltage sensitive relay is a cost effective and simple way to set up a dual battery system in your 4×4, camper or caravan. A (VSR) voltage sensitive relay is a ‘no-fuss’ power management controller
Why isolate your batteries?
A dual battery system is needed when powering accessories, such as an inverter, fridge or camp lighting while the vehicle’s engine is turned off. An isolated auxiliary battery that is independent of the starting battery allows you power these accessories without the risk of running your starting battery flat. The auxiliary battery can be a different size and type to the main battery. A voltage sensitive relay is the minimum requirement to achieve an isolated auxiliary battery. From here we step up to an in can DC-DC battery charger
